As the current North Carolina team works through the grind of spring practice, high school recruiting has hit a high gear with a multitude of unofficial visitors coming through the gates of the Koman facility to lay eyes on how the new era of Tar Heel football is progressing on the practice field. Bill Belichick and staff work on the field to develop those already in Carolina blue while the personnel side of the program works to build the talent base from the high school ranks. Inside Carolina’s Don Callahan joins host Tommy Ashley to provide insight into the evolving recruiting process for the Tar Heels.
