Dodgers' Kershaw to make rehab start Wednesday

Los Angeles Dodgers veteran pitcher Clayton Kershaw, the 37-year-old left-hander who has been on the 60-day injured list while rehabbing from offseason surgeries, will make his first rehab start of the season on Wednesday for Triple-A Oklahoma City.
