New York Mets starting catcher Franciso Alvarez will miss 6-8 weeks after undergoing surgery to repair a fracture in his left hamate bone, Mets manager Carlos Mendoza.

Baty looks 100% lost. Acuna I honestly sort of expected this because he struggled in AAA. But yeah...spring training means nothing..

Just goes to show you how irrelevant spring training is: Brett Baty and Aaron Judge are great examples. Both have performed completely different since the bell rang

Yeah that bats have been quiet outside of the Monday game. They went down quietly last night against no name relievers. Its one thing to not hit against Alcantra...its another to go down so meekly against their RP.
