Royal Riot is joined by special guest Willem Moens, Head of Performance for the Utah Royals, on today's episode. Willem joined the team in early 2025 and brings his experience from Belgium, where he worked alongside head coach Jimmy Coenraets. He talks about what he and his team are doing to improve player health and longevity, and he shares what he can about player status and health updates.
We also recap the 1-1 draw against Bay FC, including the GK assist of the week from Mandy McGlynn to newly signed player Bianca St-Georges for the first goal of the 2025 season. The Royals are gearing up for their match against San Diego on the road this Saturday, hoping to kick off their two-week road trip with three points.
