On this episode of the "Off the Island" series, I welcome Kevin MacDonald to the Penalty Box. Kevin enjoyed an amazing hockey career. He comes from a very successful hockey family that is still involved in the game to this day. Mac brought leadership, tenacity, and when needed, a little violence to every team he was a part of. Hard to argue with three championship rings! Thank you to Steve Jaques for connecting Mac & I. This is part one of three.
