Tomas Hertl didn't make the trip with the Golden Knights as they embarked on a three-game road swing. Kelly McCrimmon said Monday that Hertl will be evaluated again on Tuesday and would be missing the trip after he was boarded hard into the wall in Sunday's win over Tampa Bay. On a brighter note, Shea Theodore is expected to be in the lineup this week after suffering a broken hand in the 4 Nations faceoff. VGK plays at Minnesota a team that was shutout at Dallas Monday night 3-0. The Wild play VGK on the tail end of a back to back. The Golden Knights also play at Chicago and Nashville on this trip.
