  • 3/3 So I wrote @AmericanAir to complain. To which their customer service center responded to me that they try to rebook passengers in their originally purchased seat but, “in all frankness we are not always successful.” Wow, poor from start to finish.
  • 2/3 Called @AmericanAir customer service and wait time was over 1.5 hrs. Had to manually change our seats to be together only to be told at boarding our child cannot use his car seat in the seat they had assigned him.
  • 1/3 Can’t believe how poorly @AmericanAir handled our situation last week. Changed our plane the morning of the flight, ok. Changed our seats, sure. Not notifying us about these changes prior to the flight, not good. Had our 1.5 yr old son sitting by himself, unacceptable.
