Final Buffalo Bills Full 2026 Mock Draft

On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran drops his third and final 2026 full Buffalo Bills mock draft just hours ahead of the real NFL draft that begins on Thursday night, an evening where the Bills may or may not even end up making a first-round selection.

Before launching the mock Patrick explains what his biggest dilemma for the Bills is this year----need versus value. There's little question that when you look up future contracts based on today's market that wide receiver and edge rusher are two premium positions the Bills could address first and both would be perfectly wise. However, when looking at the current state of the roster and past year January performances you can make a sound argument that improving at stopping the run should be of the utmost importance, and a stout defensive tackle and linebacker are the team's biggest draft needs.

But what happens if popular mock pick and nearby Rochester native wide receiver KC Concepcion happens to be on the board at 26? Do you add another weapon that some experts consider as perhaps the next Stefon Diggs minus the off-field drama?

One thing's for sure---Patrick's very open coming into the draft to trading down, as it makes sense in so many ways. He explains precisely what his goal with that is, who'd he be disappointed with in the first round and much more.

Following a scoreless first period where the Sabres got away with playing leaky, they weren't as fortunate in the second. Bills GM/President of Football Operations Brandon Beane made a point on Monday that so many of us have concluded about this year's draft. Without giving the actual number, he said that they are on the "low end" of where they typically are in terms of first round grades. That further supports the argument to try and trade down from the 26th pick. We think Beane will certainly try to do that if he can find a partner. Assuming he can't, Adam Benigni and Sal Maiorana talk about six different areas of need for Buffalo and players they could conceivably take in that spot.

On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran goes over six predictions he thinks will play out for the Buffalo Bills throughout the 2026 NFL Draft that begins this Thursday night.

Weeks if not months of rumors and speculation are just about over as we head into draft week and like many of you, Patrick's probably changed his mind about how some things will play out dozens of times. However, it's pretty much put up or shut up time and Patrick has landed on some Bills draft factors he feels pretty comfortable predicting. Among them is admittedly still completely undecided on if the Bills will take a wide receiver early in the draft but confident enough to predict if they take one anytime in the first three rounds that Keon Coleman will be a former Bill by the end of the weekend.

Also, offensive tackle isn't a need right now, but Patrick explains why he thinks you can still a prospect selected there as easy as round three.

Could taking a kicker be on the table? Patrick certainly thinks so. That plus why a defensive tackle at the top doesn't feel like enough value, why he lands on taking a defensive edge rusher first and much more.
