  • Too bad Columbus #Crew96 also didn't benefit from a last-second catastrophic logo reprieve.
This is interesting: What you are looking at almost became the new #Browns primary logo back in 2015 before it was “pulled at the 11th hour.” (Via Michaelirwinco/IG) https://t.co/hZqujF6K5R

  • Obviously, as a Clevelander, baseball hates me more than any other baseball fan. Even in a year without playoff baseball in Northeast Ohio, the teams I wanted to win in the Division Series went 0-4, w/ the final out of the final team being a horrible umpiring decision. Perfect.

  • Kinda sucks for Seattle that their inaugural game is in Vegas. You make your NHL debut and it doesn't even feel like a real NHL game. Like playing another fake video game team. CBJ got lucky with Chicago. Original Six sure makes you feel you've arrived in the NHL from day one.

  • Seattle Kraken is a dumb name and their jerseys are fugly as hell. Nonetheless, cool to have Seattle in the NHL though. (Admittedly, Columbus Blue Jackets is a dumb name and the original jerseys were fugly as hell, so stones / glass houses, etc.)

  • RT @John_Sabol: 126 years ago today (10/12/1895), the Cleveland Spiders brought home the Temple Cup after def. Baltimore Orioles three days earlier, 5-2. The Temple Cup series (precursor to the World Series) lasted 4 years (1894-97). Temple Cup now resides in @baseballhall. 📸🏆via @thorn_john https://t.co/Zh4A404J9v

  • Brandon Crawford's leaping snare of what appeared to be a game-tying line drive single just deleted that Ravens game from my consciousness. So clutch. Baseball is the best. Especially playoff baseball. My goodness.

  • I legit can't remember. Did the Ravens even face a third down on their four consecutive touchdown drives to win the game? I hate football.

  • I'm guessing none of the previous 463 teams with 40+ pts and 0 turnovers had a pivotal game-altering 33-yard defensive pass interference penalty called on them on 4th down in which the receiver pulled the defender down by his stretched out jersey. Only the #Browns. As usual.
The Browns scored 42 points, had 532 yards with 0 turnovers. They are the first team in NFL history including the playoffs to lose when having either - 40 Pts and 0 turnovers OR - 40 Pts, 500 yards and 0 turnovers h/t @EliasSports https://t.co/f9PoDinGc0

  • RT @virginiahanusik: ive been photographing the Mississippi River for over a year but my mind is still blown when I see a map of its watershed (41% of the continental US) and how all of that water flows through Louisiana https://t.co/6bXYy8rN5E
