My dad owns one of these glasses. He bought it at a card show in Woodstock, Ont. Anyone else have one of these? Also, does anyone know where these were originally sold or given away? P.S. This is a photo I found online. This is not my dad's glass.
RT @WilliamdeVry1: @coopincanada He was a funny guy. Finally was able to snag an auto from him on a card that I didn't have to pay for. Took pity on the 16 year old after a few tries. Years later would have a good convo w him on a plane in 1st class as we sat together from Orlando to Cincinnati in 94.
RT @coopincanada: Please take a moment to remember trailblazing @TorontoStar writer and @CDNBaseballHOF Jack Graney Award winner Alison Gordon who would've turned 79 today. She became the first full-time female beat reporter in MLB history when she covered the Jays in 1979. She died in 2015. https://t.co/ZfWmyoDmOF
WHO AM I? I was the Blue Jays' first successful Rule 5 draft pick. In my first season with the Jays, I was primarily an outfielder. I also hit leadoff 19 times that season. I later settled into a regular infield position with the Jays. Sorry, my hints are intentionally vague.
Happy Birthday to Dolly Parton! We should all be grateful that this incredibly generous and talented woman walks among us. And I once again remind people that "I Will Always Love You" is Dolly's song. Hard to watch this (below) and not be moved. https://t.co/cA5v3nMdQZ
