RT @CorbinSmithNFL: Carroll discussing Taylor adapting to SAM linebacker potentially, says this "won't be a challenge" for him and they'll mix him in dropping in coverage along with rushing off the edge. Double dipping at multiple spots. "Such a good athlete he can do anything we want him to do."
RT @Curtis_Crabtree: Pete Carroll: "Stone Forsythe is a monster of a guy. Gosh, such a big, good looking athlete. ... He's got tremendous length and his stature is just built so beautifully. It's really just perfectly fit for the position, left tackle, so we're looking forward to see how that goes."
RT @gbellseattle: Rookie offensive tackle Stone Forsythe--"a monster of a man" at 6-8, Pete Carroll--says working on his 3pt stance is key to leverage he will need in the NFL. Getting low in the stance & staying low. Says it's a bigger adjustment with him always being in a 2pt stance at Florida
RT @BradyHenderson: Here was Darrell Taylor working with Aaron Curry in LB drills. The Seahawks are practicing Taylor at strong-side LB. That would be in addition to edge-rushing a la Bruce Irvin. Pete Carroll said they believe his leg injury, which sidelined him as a rookie, is no longer an issue. https://t.co/kRKKPXZuvL
Yeah, Taylor looked really light. This guy definitely will be a work in progress -- and hopefully there is progress. Nothing to count on yet ...
Darrell Taylor is listed at 267 pounds but says he's down to 245 right now. Hopes to be up to 260 by the season and play at that weight.
RT @BradyHenderson: Pete Carroll said of 5-9/190-pound D'Wayne Eskridge (left): “He looked very quick, very strong ... He’s built well. He catches the ball with strength and power. You can see him getting out of his transitions after catching it, turning and running. It was a really good first day." https://t.co/1eZm5ay5OO
