Wisconsin Badgers football recruiting talk with John Garcia from Sports Illustrated. What is the latest on Wisconsin quarterback recruiting? What about the two in-state 2024 blue-chip prospects from Waukesha, Wisconsin -- running back Corey Smith and offensive lineman Donovan Harbour. John love's Smith's ability to play in space and also to be a really good player in the passing game.
