The Pittsburgh Steelers weren't in on the San Francisco 49ers trade of Deebo Samuel to the Washington Commanders, but Christopher Carter thinks that's a good thing. Samuel doesn't fit the Steelers' need for a pure outside wide receiver and has an injury history and a salary that makes the trade less advantageous for the Steelers, while other options like Courtland Sutton would make more sense.
