FCS Independent XFL Arena See...options a plenty
According to sources, UConn does not already have a plan set for where football plays when basketball and other sports go to Big East. Various options
RT @MattNorlander: The money tied to all this is going to be interesting. CT is a state with an ongoing budget crisis; UConn a state school. Under forthcoming ESPN deal w//the American, UConn was slated to get ~$7 million annually. UConn won’t even gross half that with the Big East’s current deal.
Army was a disaster in C-USA, do they want to try it again? Boise is a gloried Juco and is 2600 miles from Tampa. Marshall, Colorado St., Buffalo, etc, etc,...we already have enough East Carolina's. Just cause a spot opened up doesnt mean the best move is to fill it.
RT @UCScottSchuster: You won’t find a better man than this guy right here! Great to catch up with @LindnerCollege & @GoBearcatsFB alum, @tezb96 last night. I am so proud of you & can’t wait to see what your future holds. @CoachFick @mikebohn_uc @Chargers #FaithFamilyFootball #Bearcats https://t.co/CuxIusXh00
Im sure theyll move the tourney this year so we can all have one final send off.
So with UCONN leaving, that means we never have to go to Hartford for an AAC tourney again! That place sucks and was always a terrible choice for anything conference related.
UC has won 7 of the last 8 and is 11-3 against UConn in football since they joined the BE/AAC. UC has won 7 in a row against UConn basketball. This hardly makes an impact to what UC is doing and what theyre trying to do.
