No.
Everyone who truly understands the game knows that “batting around” is when the leadoff batter has their second at-bat of the inning. Please reply below if you disagree.
[European soccer fan voice]: "The problem with the NBA is that the Boston Celtics play the Dallas Mavericks twice a year. Instead they should play the Maine Red Claws a lot, and maybe play the Mavs once a decade."
RT @NoEscalators: With the loss to Baylor, Gonzaga is 1-12 vs. teams seeded 3 or better since the 2001 NCAA Tournament.
RT @NoEscalators: Gonzaga has a 7.6 win percentage against 1/2/3 seeds since the 2001 NCAA Tournament (1-12).
In the same time period 14/15/16 seeds have a 6.6 win percentage in first round games against 1/2/3 seeds (16-224). https://t.co/IUOu9UezLV
RT @sbell021: Chet Holmgren announces that he's going to prepare for the NBA by playing 16 games against the Portland Pilots, San Diego Toreros, San Francisco Dons, Saint Mary's Gaels, Santa Clara Broncos, Pacific Tigers, Pepperdine Waves, Loyola Marymount Lions and BYU Cougars next season.
Mark Few has beaten teams seeded 3 or better twice (2000 2 St. John's, 2016 3 Utah).
But don't worry, he finally found the dominating force he was missing:

RT @Mamukelashvili5: Would be the best decision Central Connecticut ever made ! https://t.co/GPjv6GW3GL
RT @Travis_L_Brown: The Texas A&M women's soccer team is the No. 7 seed in the NCAA tournament and will get a bye in the first round. They will play the winner of South Florida (9-0-2) and Central Connecticut State (7-0).
Thinking about creating some content analogizing college football to European soccer
RT @NoEscalators: Don't worry Gonzaga, adding a guy named Chet to your roster next year will probably fix this
Finalists for Central job. Curran, Sellers, Sorrentine, Jefferson. Cannot confirm Billmeier
RT @MattDoyle76: Big East hoops fans looking at Euro soccer fans right now...

No. No. No.
BREAKING: A group led by Juventus, Manchester United, Liverpool and Real Madrid has agreed in principle on a plan for a breakaway league that would upend the sport's structures and economics. Via @tariqpanja: https://t.co/AAc9jIqRmL
As the one person on earth excited about the Super League I'd like to thank it for adding to my list of opinions that make everyone else mad
As an American who is a casual fan of European soccer I'm happy they've finally realized the importance of catering their product specifically to me.
Twelve of Europe's leading football clubs have today come together to announce they have agreed to establish a new mid-week competition, the Super League, and there's a drive into deep left field by Castellanos that will be a home run. And so that will make it a 4-0 ballgame.
As an American who is a casual fan of European soccer I'm happy they've finally realized the importance of catering their product specifically to me.
RT @RedditCFB: That seals the deal. I am no longer a European soccer fan. I’ve been a fan since 1982 and a season ticket holder since 1996. I officially will not be renewing my plan next season nor will I watch on tv ever again. I’m going to the NCAA where they know how to run a cartel
RT @bmadden1954: If you wanted to feel a nice cool breeze this weekend you needed to be in the Bronx where the Yankees and Rays combined to strike out 72 times in three games. Pathetic Yanks’ 37 K was the most in any three game series in their 118-year history. Whew!!!
Fenway franks. Still good.
Only a sophomore, already #Oklahoma, #Tennessee, #PennState, all sorts of Power 5 schools have offered. Jeff Jacobs: Will Norman, a big prospect with a bigger future now that he's at St. Thomas More https://t.co/v7zdYv8mCY
RT @connpost: Sacred Heart to visit Delaware in FCS playoffs https://t.co/IUfwIUj8Hk
RT @itsmrstealyour_: Imagine having to face this team lmfaooo

RT @daveweigel: Here’s a crank opinion for your Sunday: The “So good! So good!” crowd participation during playings of “Sweet Caroline” is an abomination and should be illegal.
RT @UConnFHockey: We have earned the No. 1 seed in next week's BIG EAST Championship. The semis start on Thursday!
