RT @MikeTriplett: Saints DE Marcus Davenport was the standout player in Thursday’s practice with a potential 3-4 sacks in full-team drills. Lined up primarily against backup OT James Hurst with Terron Armstead getting a veteran rest day.
Quick observations from Saints camp day 7. Marcus Davenport destroyed the O-Line. Really good. Taysom/Jameis just so-so. Both had good and bad moments. Couple bad throws each that were really bad. @wdsu photojournalist Whitney Hill like the low humidity and breeze today.
RT @RichCimini: DT Sheldon Rankins came from a Saints scheme that allowed DLM to penetrate but required gap control. With the Jets, “it’s get 3 yards in the backfield and, excuse my French, however the f—— it happens.” Rankins spoke “French” a few times in today’s candid/fun presser. #Jets https://t.co/TD4c2c2vNN
RT @polkandkush: A lot of chatter about the QB battle, but the reality is there isn't one. The Saints are too thin on offense to not utilize Taysom as the 👏 SWISS 👏 ARMY 👏 KNIFE 👏 instead of sticking him in a position he sort of plays.
The FULL Jameis right there
Jameis Winston just tried to throw a pass to the middle while rolling out with his momentum going the opposite direction. Zack Baun almost had a Pick 6 but he couldn’t complete the interception
RT @Jeff_Nowak: Better stretch for Taysom & Jameis in later team drills. Taysom hit Callaway on a nice backshoulder, then a comeback. But he threw a should’ve been an INT that Callaway battled away from CJ. Jameis was smooth as well. Highlight was a nice ball to Trautman on banana/sail concept.
RT @MikeTriplett: Good team drill for both Saints QBs after the defense was getting the best of them earlier. The highlights: Taysom Hill back-shoulder down the field to WR Marquez Callaway, who is having a strong camp; and Jameis Winston to wide-open TE Adam Trautman on a simulated third-and-5
