Elated to learn that long time pal Jerry Reynolds will be inducted into Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame this coming March. Having spent a lot of time over the years in that state, I can assure you this is a very big deal. Way to go JR!!!
I remember him!
If this were to happen I’m all for physically removing Zaidi from his job and dropping him in Van Nuys
Lol ok By the way, can we all rally around the fact that it’s LuKa? Not Luca
I used per 36, and used Marvin’s numbers from last year to be fair to him. Holmes shoots much better, pretty similar numbers across the board, Bagley scores more. Both operate inside with superior athleticism. Don’t know what the debate is here
@CarmichaelDave They have absolutely zero similar types of game, Dave lol. Do you just mean they're similar heights?
You don’t see a difference between Bagley and Holmes’ power game down low as opposed to Dedmon and to a point Belly? I didn’t expect this to be a debate, seems pretty simple to me John
Either Holmes or Dedmon will start with Bagley, that much I do know
I disagree. “Like Bagley” meaning a guy who was going to be a power guy down low, not stretch, get rebounds. I’m not saying they’re the same player, but they certainly have a similar type of game, much like Dedmon and Belly are more similar than the other two.
RT @SeanCunningham: Kings have Cory Joseph (lower back soreness) & Bogdan Bogdanovic (knee contusion) as questionable for tomorrow night in San Antonio. Marvin Bagley III is doubtful. Spurs list LaMarcus Aldridge questionable with thigh soreness.
The danger is it could also be repetitive. Vlade’s vision was to have Holmes duplicate Bagley’s style off the bench, and Dedmon to stretch when Bagley is on the floor. Dedmon has not been great, thus the duplication issue
It’s not a Dedmon issue so much as a Holmes issue
I agree and that’s the crux of the issue. The good news is it wasn’t 30%, so I’m assuming the major hope is he can build off that. Problem is much of that build will come where Holmes eats, so there could be crowding
