Yes, yes and yes. Could we also get rid of negative rushing yards for quarterback kneeldowns?
There are 22 humans on the field, and an entire coaching staff of humans. If you're looking for human errors, there will still be enough to go around.
There are tracking chips in NFL shoulder pads & footballs that tell us real time location data, speed & acceleration. Yet, refs still guess where to spot the ball. Sticks & chains still measure 1st downs. I feel like there should be a more advanced system in place by now.
Sean McVay doesn't get enough credit for signing Sullivan once he went to LA. They were together in Washington in 2016. Sullivan revived his career with the Rams. McVay got a very reliable starter that's incredibly sharp and tough as hell.
RT @AaronGleeman: Harold Baines was on the ballot as recently as 2011 and received 4.8% of the vote. It was his fifth straight year with a vote total below 10%. Why, just seven years later, do 16 people get to decide that he's now a Hall of Famer when 95.2% of the voters didn't think he was one?
Always interesting to see how terminology changes within similar systems. McVay and Kyle Shanahan have been on the same staff, but Kyle would call this “Dual Right F Short 2 Jet F Flag Hammer”
He’s not Brady, Brees, Wilson, Mahomes, Rodgers, Rivers, etc., etc., etc. But they went Colt McCoy, Mark Sanchez and Josh Johnson. I’ll just leave it there.
