Jack and Chris welcome former Norwich City Technical Director Ricky Martin the podcast this week. Ricky spent 16 years at the football club and oversaw huge change across the board including leading the academy to FA Youth Cup success and then in first season as Technical Director, achieved promotion back to the Premier League after winning the play-off final at Wembley against Middlesbrough.
